Recently, the first Weichai Global “Service Elite” Competition and the 6th Weichai “Service Elite” Selection Grand Finals successfully concluded in Weifang. The competition brought together outstanding service personnel from Weichai’s global service network, showcasing the innovative spirit and international service standards of Weichai’s domestic and overseas teams in the new era.
The competition focused on popular Weichai products such as high-power diesel engines and natural gas engines, using real-world cases. It featured various categories, including corporate culture, engine assembly and adjustment, and troubleshooting electronic control and after-treatment systems.
Through simulated fault diagnosis on actual vehicles and engine disassembly and reassembly tasks, the service elites demonstrated their skills in a thrilling display of technical expertise.
The competition spanned two months, going through a rigorous process of global selection, multiple group stages, and regional qualifiers. Over 200 domestic participants and 20 international contestants advanced to the finals, showcasing their expertise and competing on the same stage.
Ultimately, 15 domestic service elites and 12 overseas service elites stood out, winning first-place honors in the finals. During the event, participants improved their skills through competition, compiled nearly 1,000 fault case studies, and significantly enhanced Weichai’s global service capabilities.

By 2025, Weichai aims to continue its global service enhancement efforts under the theme “Providing Premium Experiences for Customers and Shared Prosperity for Channels”, fostering mutual growth and win-win cooperation with clients worldwide.
